The Spotlight: Tom Holland wants to be the next James Bond, 'I've told Sony to make it happen'

Hugh Jackman wasn't impressed but I guess one man's trash is another man-child's treasure.
While live-streaming an unboxing for an exclusive Spider-Man box set, the man himself Tom Holland talked a bit about his major role goals.
Asked for his end-all, be-all, Holland didn't hesitate.
"I'm sure if there's any real die-hard fans out there they'll know the answer to this," Holland said. "It's James Bond. I really want to be James Bond. Sony makes those movies. I've told them to make it happen.
"I just found out, I think, Daniel Craig is doing another one. There was big news about it a few months ago and I can't say I wasn't a little hurt. Moving on."
Jeez, leave some for the rest of us, Tom. How many damn franchises do you need?
Aside from playing Spidey for the next decade, Sony already double-downed on Holland in May when they cast him as a young Nathan Drake in Shawn Levy’s Uncharted. If that's a hit he'll be booked solid, if not, why hand him Bond?
A lot of eggs in one basket for Sony.
